Needed somewhere quick and sufficient to wash my rugs that wouldn’t fit in my dryer. Doreen was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. You can tell she loves her job. That kind of customer service is rare- plus the washer/dryers were SUPER quick- I left and got a notification before they were done! Thank you, Doreen

Went to my usual laundromat of 6 years today and they were closed for the day so I went over to Our Best Laundry and I will never go back to my old place. Not only was this laundromat spacious and clean with lots of waiting areas, it even had a kids play area. Gina immediately greeted me and showed me the ropes from beginning to end. It's also located in a shopping center so plenty to do while waiting. I will be back!

This laundromat is very neat. The machines take dollar coins, which I've never seen before. Michelle, one of the ladies that work here, is great! She helped me figure out how the everything works since it was my first time coming here. They have a play area for the kids, vending machines, and plenty of places to sit. It was very clean. I'll definitely come back again.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours?
We're open seven days a week. Covington, Conyers, and Stonecrest are open 6:30 am to 9:00 pm. Our two Atlanta locations are open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Last wash at every store is 9:00 pm and the doors lock at that time.
How do I pay for machines?
Use cash or your store's mobile payment app, which you can load with a debit or credit card. Our machines do not take quarters. Each store uses a different app, so check your location's page before you come.
Can I get change or cash at the store?
Yes. Every location has an ATM. Covington, Conyers, Stonecrest, and MLK Jr. Dr also have bill changers. At Wash & Spin, our attendants can make change, and small bills are appreciated.
Is someone there to help me?
Yes. An attendant is on site during most open hours to help with machines, payment, and questions. First time here? Just ask, and we'll walk you through it. You can also call (470) 236-1403.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes, every store rewards you for using its payment app, and new users get a bonus at each location. The details differ by store, so see your location's page.
Can someone do my laundry for me?
Yes, at our Wash & Spin location on Campbellton Rd. Drop-off wash, dry, and fold is $1.75 per pound, and most orders are ready the next day with same day service possible for most orders placed before 10am. Pickup and delivery is also available in the Campbellton Rd and MLK Jr. Dr areas. Our other stores are self-service.
What if a machine doesn't work or I make a mistake?
Tell the attendant right away. Most problems are solved on the spot. If you would like to speak with management, leave your name and number and we'll follow up within two business days.
Can I leave while my laundry is running?
We ask that you stay with your laundry. We can't be responsible for items left unattended. If a finished load sits for more than 10 minutes, an attendant may move it to a cart labeled with the machine number. Items left at closing are held for 7 days.
Is there Wi-Fi? What about my kids?
Free Wi-Fi is available to customers at every store. Our Campbellton Rd, Stonecrest, Conyers and Covington locations have a read, play, and learn area for children 10 and under, with books and toys. A parent or guardian must remain with their children
